Finding the best video card can be a difficult process because there are many points of view when it comes to this. My idea of the best video card could be different than yours. For example maybe for me the best video card would be the one which has the best price offer, whereas for you would be the one which has the best quality. The next question would be: “what kind of games do you play?” There is a huge difference between playing games such as Solitaire and games such as Modern Warfare 2, or GTA IV and so on. When it comes to gaming the more recent the game is, the better the video card should be.

If you like to play demanding games then you will most likely need to change your video card. I am going to present you in what follows what I believe to be some of the best video cards. The ATI Radeon 9800 Pro was and still is one of the best high-end video cards. It sells very well maybe because it has scored very high on most of the benchmark tests. Another video card from ATI is the Powercolor Radeon X800 GT which is better than the previously mentioned one but it is also more expensive. This card is PCI Express based, and it has 256MB of DDR3 memory with a resolution of 2048 X 1536.
